I believe that all character animations in game are multiplied by character Speed factor.
It makes sense during skill/spell casting but it introduces a small visual issue.
As of now I have 128 attack speed which makes my character in the above panel jump up/down in very short intervals. It's beginning to look ridiculous.
I believe the same issue happens when the character stays on the ground.
My suggestion is to consider making exceptions to which character animations are multiplied by the character speed factor.
