Weapon upgrade

Hi, I have bloodangel weapon and dark angel anvil, how and where can I upgrade my weapon? And where can I add harmony options to my items? I couldnt find NPC

Hello Cyxlon , the upgrade to the next category is enabled when you upgrade the item to the max level of the actual tier, for example, when you reach the bloodangel +20, the next upgrade will convert your item to dark angel using the anvil, and others materials required. The same happens whit the harmony options, when you reach a certain level the option harmony is enabled for the item. Kind Regards
