Energy Elf party healing problem

Hello

So i just bought the 50b skill Party Healing on my elf, but i can only use it manually, how is that possible? I cant put it on auto buffs or cast skills. When i set the auto to heal ppl it uses the normal Healing. I need some clarifications please

Because it's not a buff skill, it's a normal skill, and it can only be used manually since it doesn't have automatic targeting. That is to say, it does not detect when that skill should be used.

As it's not a buff skill but a regular one, manual activation is required since it lacks automatic targeting and doesn't detect the optimal moments for its use.
