Hello quynhhd to request account conversion you need to open a ticket to our team through this link https://bit.ly/Email_User and provide this following information:


1 - The actual account ID
2 - A new username for login purposes
3 - A temporary password
4 - The new email
5 - If your account is a login, provide us the ID, this ID can be obtained through Settings > Apps > Lost Continent Global settings

If you have an Apple or Google account, you need to enter the Apps settings from them and provide the ID too.
