Hello again Gonzagon as informed in your previous post at the forum and also your ticket SDESK-30698, there is a major issue related to the server that impacts the use of nicknames in some cases, administrators are reviewing the issues but there is no solution or estimate to be solved yet. Unfortunately, we can't change the name for you due to the same issue mentioned, it will be necessary to wait for the fix to be able to use them, as I mentioned before, is a major issue, related to an internal bug in our database that we cant correct yet. Is it just me or people would rather have converters than mergers first. They have been promising new converters but all they have for now is Procore Integration Bots which is not bad either. Just hoped they work on converters as well.
