I have created SDESK-30698 ticket a few days ago. I did not Recieve any response so far - i dont know if mail not arrive to my mailbox or you need more time. Please help me.

Hello Gonzagon your ticket was contested on the same day you open it. To check the response you will need to enter the helpdesk page and log in, after that, find your older tickets.

there is a major issue related to the server that impacts the use of nicknames in some cases, administrators are reviewing the issues but there is no solution or estimate to be solved yet. For us, all players are equally important and have our attention when reporting a bug, doesn't matter if you buy Lemurians or not, unfortunately, there is nothing we could do for now to help you to use those names.
