Add Medusa item drop and Wing of Storm ignore + luck

Hi Supporter !

I saw the Asean server Medusa drop a lot of items BloodAngel Sword excellent (Dark Knight) why American server no drop ?
And wing of storm Asean server have many luck + ignore. Why American no have luck? And fail rate very high

the configuration of both servers is exactly the same, the asian players are more intense that means that the market is more extensive
