PK/Hero(Blue Name) Penalties/Buffs

I notice the penalty for red name is HEAVYYYYY. Less xp, zen loss on death etc. And no buff for being a blue Name after killing a red name. It would be nifty to add an xp buff while in hero state. For those who misunderstand I don't mean standard blue name but when you kill a red name your name turns a different shade of blue but gives no rewards. Maybe send this up the line? Would be a cool feature and make pvp more interesting
