Improve/Increase PvM atk rate for vRF.

Hello LC,
PvM atk rate of vRF in this version very low. It do MISS on boss too much. Players can't build vRF for hunt boss.
Hope LC buff PvM atk rate for vRF. I suggest grow up PvM atk rate stats in Master 1 Tree, or change up PvM atk rate formula.
