That only works for pvm. And the skill of Rune Wizzard we have only fixed the animation of the attack, that is what can generate the visual effect that it hits slower but no, the speed remains the same.

Defense succes rate 10% died over a decade ago back when season 3 came in. It was all the craze back in the day, especially for ABK. For elemental maps that options does absolutely nothing. Even Zen exc option is better than that.

For elemental maps there are pentagrams, for non-elementals you can use defense success rate 10%
