Summoner's Berserker Buff / Debuff and Reflect Cap

The HP and Def decrease on Berserkers Buff should be removed and change it with the attk speed buff and also debuffs time should be shown on the buffs category just like any other buffs and could only cast it when its duration is finished and also the Reflect Cap should be 70% just like the rest of the MU Online...
