add addtional skill tree

At lv1000, the skill tree of all players are almost the same.
its good if there would be a dynamic skill tree.
I recommend to add addtional skill tree:

attack speed
critical damage
excellent damage
dual weapon block(much lower than shield block)
double handed weapon damage increase
ignore damage%
Double damage%

note: this additional skill tree came from MU.
