Health/Kill not working correctly.

It seems that Health and Mana per kill options are not working correctly when combining exc items and socket items.

I have an eMG with 3271 Health.
I have HP/7.37 option in the Master Tree which grants +443HP/kill.
I also wear Deadly Socket Staff with +250HP/kill.

In total that gives me: 694HP/kill which works correctly.

But the moment I add an excellent item to offhand (HP/8). Instead of getting +408HP/kill and reaching 1102HP/kill I end up with with 443HP/kill in statistics - like having no items giving this option. It seems that using socket + excellent HP/kill option (same for mana) nullifies both.
