Item Does Not Belong to You

I Encounter this BUG in Aida and Kanturu. It says that the item does not belong to me. However, I am sure that I'm the only player on the spot. it occur at servers 28 and 29. When I Recon it still happens. please fix or explain thanks.

It happened to me as well, I'm in a middle of a quest and now I cannot continue due to this bug.

edit: Tried it on every server and still this bug persist.

I think they're fixing it right now. let's just wait ??

Hi guys, yeah! this is now fixed. They should be able to collect items without problems.
