Problem With Video Drivers After Update.

My problem is that.
I have GeForce NVIDIA GTX 260
After game update game.exe all time crash.
I will UNINSTALL a Video Drivers - then all goes right. ?
Maybe someone know what options to change in graphics drivers?
Screen on the bottom.
