kd missing

i was killing my boss kundun and i left 81% to repots when i came back kundun missing.. i think its because of refresh.. so i guess its not fair for my side for you dont have a warning what time your going to refresh your server.. pls fix my kd now i need my drops. its not just low lvl kd. my character is 903 it has already xba drops.. i can still enter kd but boss missing
