Yes. It doesnt increase. Also the green excellent option doesnt add up. I tried kris with EDR but it also wont add up.

What happens is that the DL can no longer equip two weapons, only shield or Raven. For the next update we will correct that error. It is for that reason that the dmg does not increase.
