400 socket weapon

Hi I got devilwood quiver, magmus spear and other lvl400 items drop from uruk boss. This item supposed to have a socket slot, but not a single one has a socket is this a bug?? thank you

Hello, if you can leave the item in PJ of your account to be able to repair the item. That character must be offline.

Send an email to [email protected] attaching the account ID and name of the character in which you left the item.

Only the character must be offline or the entire account containing the character? I mean if I transfer the item on the other character on the same account can I able to use my other character, while you performing the fix?

And also these items are not showing on Auction. There's no result if you search for this items.
