Stuck while attacking. Cant move. No damage but can warp

This happens on any map any device
normal attack works. only get stuck when using skill

fixed it by changing my bow which makes no sense but glad it got fixed. Still you have to look into it thanks

DK character here ..same problem using skill then stuck! when you ride your mount like dinorant the character is standing, the normal walking is no good.. its sliding.. please fix.. thank you.. i already install then re install the game same problem with my char. im using pc version.

After Casting any skills it stuck cant move anywhere but you can teleport.. also standing at your mount.. pls fix.. pc version.. thank you..
