Stuck bug

1 Sum after use buf ref and bersker is stuck cant move or attack and i notice is happen mostly in fennir on android last update client
2 chance of sleep even max 20 point in skil tree is stil low miss a lot until can sleep
3 debuf can be use only 1 per time and delay both

I just found that when use reflect buf mostly stuck .. and in party when try give ref buf to party member is stuck and cant move or attack

1: We already applied a fix on Global Server (not test).
2: We are going to review this.
3: If you are talking about Weakness, Innovation or Paralysis, then you can only use 1 at the same time. Those 3 debuff shares cooldown.
