Some observations and bugs

[Migraine]

1. Increased tile range attack for grow lancer not working both master and majestic skill tree.
2. Base stats and additional stats wont add up in using equipments like sets and weapons. ( Example: xba str requirement is 641, My base str is 500 additional stats is 200 still you wont be able to use the Xba unless your base is 641.
3. Auto attack stuck up even if your range is changed to 8
4. Damage animation delay including real dmg.
5. Attk speed not working for agi characters like ARF using dark phoenix skill
