Missing item purchased from Auction house

Hello. I need help, I have bought 2 pcs. of Guardian Tesseract of Soul from the auction house for 278 jewel of bless each and i have not received them, my jewel of bless got taken out from my inventory but i did not receive the items that i bought not any mail that comes in every after you purchase from the auction house. To admins, you can check my activity logs and see that I am not lying. this happened today, May 9, 2023 around 2:00 to 2:10 server time. Thanks in advance for the responses

Same here all of my fenriz is missing in auction when I cancel all of my selling in auction they allgone but I don't receive anything in email in game what happen off all those item missing
