fix the Drop Rate for seal & horseshoe

i bought a horseshoe, with seal wealth and ascession

with 70% additional drop rate


however there is no Jewel of bless drop!. so disappointed
and now it will expire soon without getting any jewel of bless even soul..


hoping this drop rate issue will fix..

As i notice it supposed to have a bigger chance of drop rate if im not mistakenly.

Agree.. seal of Wealth 50% drop + Horseshoe 20% = 70% but seems nothing is change in the drop rate..
