Wiz damage for MG dual staff is bug

My concern here is about the off-hand staff damage. It doesn't change when equipped. Here is a loom video I created to demonstrate the difference.

UPDATE: I think its because of the free arch angel staff. I got a new staff to wear then the calculations are now spot on
