disappeared items when changing channel unsuccessful

i won in event MAZE OF CLONES, I got jewels
But
when i jumping to other channel (unsuccessful) and my charracter stuck ( i must log out or change account to escape this situation), after that all jewel from MAZE OF CLONES gone!
It happens to me 2 times
please fix this bug. or back my jewels

gemstone combine to harmony are gone also!

4th time: i won this event then i logging out , items ( boxes, jewels ) disappeared

5th time. after MAZE OF CLONE go goblin combine 30 Gemstone-> stored them to Vault -> switch channel ( get stuck ) -> loging out ===> when loggin : jewel and gemstone roll back to inventory . Something dissapeared i dont know

agreed. i cant feel safe anymore. and i am really afraid with this. i make all my moves with fear. while switching channels/maps i always control my inventory like paranoid one.
