It's disabled for the mage and white mage class. You can change to other classes except for the mage and white mage class.

Currently the class change to mage and whit mage are not enabled, in case the error is when trying to change to another class that is not the one mentioned above, please send a report here: Login - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)
