2 bugs for grow lancer skill

the WEAPON MASTERY skill in MASTER TREE does not work (actually physical damge + 0)

neither does EFFECT RANGE skill for Magic pin in MAJESTIC TREE work. the basic range for Magic Pin is 2, and comes 3 after Magic Pin Mastery in MASTER TREE
the range shall be 4 when EFFECT RANGE activated, but still remains 3 after everything.
