+10-+15 with luck upgrade

normal all item in upgrading +9 to +10 = 50% with out luck in normal mu. but here +25% luck it only have 65% is it too low it should be 75% .. also in making level 3 / level 4 wings why cant use talisman of luck .. its absurd correct me if im wrong.. how can we grow our community if you admins making the game so hard for us player even+luck its hard to upgrade in +10 thats what i feel like 2days ago i upgrade my shield with luck it fails in trying to +10 6times fck holy crap i used x5 prism how much it cost 55b each prism omg game too hard harder than the mu online webzen,, also frozen slayer is there any news is it fix or not yet? thanks
