Gunner Master skill tree doesn't work

Hello, Few skill on master skill tree doesn't work:
in Death Fire when i add 10 points my speed should be greater by 10 but it doesn't do anything.
In Dark Plasma 10 points give 1 second in duration so i invest 20 points to get 2 aditional second but all the time I only have 5 seconds.
If i find something new i will write here.
