DAMAGE REDUCE 4% of normal ex set is stronger than 45 reduce damage ok HOLYANGEL

Hi

May i ask why this ex damage reduce 4% is stronger than 45 reduce damage of blood/dark/holy angel set?, Is this a bug or it is simply holyangel is useless even its far superior set than other nomal set , pls clarify whos better and why?

It is best to have an ANC holyangel set equipped than an EXE holyangel set, you can complement the ANC set with 1 EXE part for the bonus that the level 400 tree gives you. the ruud sets have higeer defense stats and good for monsters plus the dd45 is effective on monsters. but for pvp the dd4% and ddi options is a much better choice
