SM is broken.

SM frame rate drop on skills (https://streamable.com/a4kh3a), you die lvling in any decent good spots. Tested in PC client and android. both are broken.

- SM teleport attack is disabled. we are sitting ducks in pvp.
- Teleport (if it works) people can still hit you while teleporting.

Whats going on with this? Ive wasted BOL's trying to exp and just end up in safe zone.


Other broken things.

- DL Summon skill. summon your party and you start floating through walls back to where you were.... pointless to use.
- Blue stat points do not add to main stats.

The Teleport attack was disabled.

The invocation of DL is fixed and needs an update to reflect it in the game.

I didn't clarify that blue stats are no longer taken into account for items and skills. And the fps thing has already been fixed but it is necessary to update the client that we will upload at any time.
